- Supports Dual Monitor 4K@60Hz Dual Monitor 1080@120Hz. A HDMI output or later is recommended to enable full functionality. If the source Mini DisplayPort output doesn’t support DP 1.4, the MST function is disabled and becomes a Splitter, mirroring your video source across all displays
- Must be connected to USB 3.0 Port to provide adequate power. Supports Windows PCs with no driver installation required. *Mac OS* does not support MST function and will only mirror the displays. Computers with Integrated GPU example: Intel HD 4000 this adapter will work only in Mirror Mode SST.
- This adapter is NOT Compatible with Thunderbolt 2 Ports. The Mini DisplayPort and Thunderbolt 2 are physically the same ports but using different protocols. Thunderbolt ports are marked with a lightning bolt symbol, while Mini DisplayPort ports are typically marked with a square with two lines not the side icon.
