- HEAVY GRADE FOR PAINT THAT HAS BEEN NEGLECTED: The most aggressive car clay bar in the range, for overspray, heavy fallout and years of buildup that a light or medium bar barely touches
- USE IT ONLY WHEN LIGHTER GRADES FALL SHORT: Heavy clay bars can mar soft car paint, so start with a light or medium bar and step up to this only if the surface still drags after a full pass
- PULLS BONDED DEBRIS THAT WASHING LEAVES: Paint overspray, industrial fallout, rail dust and hardened sap bond into clear coat where no soap reaches. This clay bar for car detailing shears them off mechanically
- PLAN TO POLISH AFTERWARD ON DARK PAINT: Heavy clay from a Chemical Guys clay bar can leave light marring on soft or dark finishes, so follow with a finishing polish rather than sealing straight over the top of it
- NEVER CLAY A DRY PANEL, AND BIN A DROPPED BAR: Keep the surface soaked with Clay Luber, and if the automotive clay bar hits the ground throw it away rather than dragging embedded grit across a fender
- WHERE IT FITS IN THE WASH PROCESS CLY_403 : Wash with HydroSuds Ceramic Car Wash Soap, clay with Clay Luber Synthetic Lubricant to prevent marring, polish to refine, then protect with Butter Wet Wax or HydroCharge.
- Flex-Clay Technology
- Removes contamination, overspray and pollution
- Works on paintwork, glass, plastic and metal surfaces
- Easy to use
- Smooth as glass feel
